We are looking to fill the following position at our Loures plant:

Validation and Qualification Technical Expert

Profile:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree in a scientific area;
• Good general knowledge on Quality ISO standards and/or cGMPs, ICH and ISO guidelines as well as experience on their application;
• Team work oriented;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong Critical thinking skills;
• Proactive;
• Accuracy and responsibility;
• Initiative and dynamism;
• Available to travel across the Hovione sites for specific projects.

Responsibilities:
• To assure cGMP compliance before, during and after validation/qualification activities by assuring that all necessary procedures are implemented and are being followed;
• To assure that systems/processes/methods are qualified/validated according to their intended use and product requirements;
• To promote the importance of high quality levels and the importance of a continuous improvement culture in core company activities;
• To participate in the alignment and harmonization of the Qualification and Validation procedures within the Site;
• To plan and/or establish Qualification and Validation requirements for each Engineering project;
• To verify on field correct assembly and installation of new systems or systems changes;
• To manage equipment and instrument databases.
