A Global company within the technical and engineering sector are seeking to hire a IT Engineer to join the Dubai office. The IT team is large and multi cultural and the environment can be fast paced and very deadline focused.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that some of the following quality requirements are being met by the organization on a continuing basis. Some of these are -

1. Build the required test data, and test cases, write a descriptive and clear bug reports, track bug fixing, check bug fixing side effects, while showing professional cooperation with developers.
2. Focus on Software details, understand full systems' cycles, Implement full cycle testing, check the quality attributes and analyze/evaluate the business logic of the tested software.
3. Control and contribute in the testing process of software applications.

Skills required -

A degree within IT or any computer studies related field.
Strong SQL experienced essential
Experience of working on real time life systems is essential.
Experience with one or more of JavaScript, VBScript, CSS,ASP
Experience with Issue tracking software and with testing database-driven web application
Very good knowledge in Software development life cycle.
Previous experience with automated testing tools is a plus
Strong English skills both written and verbal.

    Perfil do Candidato:
     In addition to those activities defined above, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Setting clear customer expectations and following through on commitments associated with all service activities.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
- Driving potential sales opportunities and increasing revenue.
- Partnering with colleagues acting as an internal resource on technical issues.
- BS Degree in Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or equivalent work experience and related hands-on LC, GC and GC/MS experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to perform hands on maintenance, installations and selected repairs on analytical instruments.
- Ability to solve, high impact problems related to product availability; typically system/solution focused.
- Must be available for up to travel that may include over-night stays.
