What we need from you…
To be successful in this role you
must have previous engineering management experience, obtained from a
FMCG environment. You must have proven experience of supporting and
leading your engineering team to achieving and maintaining KPIs such as
downtime ,reduction of production losses and PPM.
Successful
candidates must have a HND in mechanical or electrical engineering as a
minimum qualification, a degree would be beneficial.
You will be
influential in developing the culture of the engineering department,
including the introduction of CI tools and coaching your team to
success.
The successful Engineering Team Manager will also
possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate assertiveness and
decision making skills and have a can do attitude to work.
