-Graduate in International Relations, Commerce, Engineering or Economics.
-Fluent in English and Spanish. French and Portuguese will be appreciated.
-At least 5 years experience in renewable generation, rural or remote grid electrification projects,
-Strong background in international relations, negotiations and business development activities.
-Sales drive with Customer and Market orientation.
-Ability to work in a multinational environment.
-Tenacity and resilience.
-Willingness to travel internationally, being able to manage situations in remote locations.
-Analytical mindset and problem solver, ability to take ownership & resolve issues
-Self going, takes initiatives to enhance sales and marketing performance cross the divisions.
