Position Qualifications

Chemical or Food Engineering strongly preferred, will consider other degrees with appropriate experience/skills. BS required, MS preferred.

Minimum of 2 years (1 year with a MS) related experience process research with a preference of having worked in the food business.

Basic project management knowledge and collaboration skills.

Ability and desire to learn new skills/technologies and to learn ConAgra processes, products, and systems.

Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong technical skills required.

Comfort with ambiguity – not all projects have predetermined solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-starter.

Ability to work as a team member and individually.

Proficient at Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
