Kelly Healthcare are received an urgent requirement from a Hospital
based in London. They are seeking doctors for permanent fixed term
contracts.
Also we would be very interested in Doctors who have experience in
the following specialities although we are interested in all Dr’s who
are interested in moving to the UK:
Consultant Radiologist’s (You will be General Radiologist as well as Interventional Radiologist’s and Breast Radiologist’s);
Consultant’s in Histopathology;
Consultant’s in Dermatology;
Consultant in clinical pathology (Microbiology);
Consultant’s in Acute/ Internal Medicine;
Registrar’s in Anaesthetic’s inlc Critcal/ Intensive Care;
Consultant in Medical Gastroenterology and Registrar level;
Clinical Fellow in Accident / Emergency;
Consultant in Stroke Medicine;
Consultant in Geriatric Medicine.
Grades:
Consultant – Minimum of 10 years + experience from obtaining their
Medical Qualification (with a minimum of 3 years experience working at a
Consultant Level
Specialty Doctor – Minimum of 7 years + experience from obtaining
their Medical Qualification (with a minimum of 2 years experience
specialising in their area of speciality i.e. Paediatrics, Anaesthetics,
Medicine etc.
Clinical Fellow – Minimum of 4 years + experience from obtaining
their Medical Qualification (with a minimum of 2 years experience
specialisation within a particular area i.e. Paediatrics, Anaesthetics,
Medicine etc.
Salaries:
Consultant Salaries range from £74,504 – £100,446 – The amount the
Doctor will receive will be dependant on the equivalence of their
overseas experience
Speciality Doctors/Middle Grade Doctors salaries range from £36,807 –
£68,638 – The amount the Doctor will receive will be dependant again on
the equivalence of their overseas experience.
Type of contract
The types of contract that are available are normally a 1 year fixed
term, with the possibility of a permanent post. The contracts can be
extended for longer than 1 year.
Type of client (public or private)
The Client will all be the public sector NHS.
Possibility of accommodation provided by the client
There is the possibility of the client providing on site
accommodation for a period of time, this can be single and married. The
client will sometimes subsidies this for the Doctor for a period. All
Doctors that are hired by the client are entitled to relocation support,
the amount will vary from client to client. As a company we can help
Doctors to source and secure private accommodation close to the
client/hospital were they will be working
Taxes in the UK
Pay and Conditions
- A standard working week of 37.5 – 40 hours
- Harmonized holiday entitlements of 27-32 days per year, (depending
on your Grade) plus 8 general and public holidays, for those working
whole time;

Entitlements to annual leave are pro rata for part-time employees.

You must pay Tax (PAYE) on your earnings over £6475 per annum. Wages
up to £37,400 you pay 20%, £37,400 to £150K you pay 40%, over £150K you
pay 50% Tax.
