To start 2013, they have decided to add to their staff force with at
least three gradates to become trainee recruitment consultants. The
trainees would undertake a 360 - degree position working with candidates
and clients from day one. They would be expected to be able to generate
candidates via headhunting, advertising and using the database; as well
as being able to bring on new job roles via new business development.
Further to this administrative and project management duties are apart
of the role.
Successful applicants will have a degree graded 2.2 or above and at
least BBB at A levels. They will also have a working history that will
be able to demonstrate that they are persuasive, money motivated and
ambitious. Alongside this, they will have high level of personal
achievement.
Those successful will receive a basic salary of £20,000 and a
commission structure that can see you earn 40% of each deal. You will
be given a suit allowance and a season ticket loan.
