Job Description:

- Support Infineon’s Electronic Invoicing Program
- Collaborate with Payables and Procurement Organizations
- Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding e-invoicing program
- Clarify Finance process related issues
- Prioritize work to meet goals and objectives within acceptable time frames
- Deploy e-invoicing program to other Infineon locations
- Communicate with both internal and external customers effectively and professionally

Function Requirements:
We are looking for motivated, quick learner, team player and positive working attitude person to perform Administrative tasks in the Infineon Technologies Shared Service Center. We offer integration in a young and dynamic multinational environment. The main requirements are:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Translation or similar area of studies;
- Solid knowledge of German language in oral and written form (mandatory);
- Solid knowledge of English language (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Outlook) and SAP (preferred);
- Team player;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
