Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Recruiting experience
• Proven ability in a high producing, client-focused, customer service oriented role
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bi-lingual (English with Spanish, German, Portuguese or French)
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Willingness and ability to work with people across the globe
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must currently reside in or be willing to commute to London 

Preferred Requirements

• German or Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
• Exposure to Behavioral Interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and candidate tracking systems
• CIPD qualifications
