An Irish success story, are expanding internationally and are seeking to increase their Irish HQ headcount by 10%. This represents a once in a career opportunity to join an exciting Irish owned company at the beginning of its business lifecycle. 
They are a pioneering mobile marketing company driving significant brand-building and ROI for blue chip FMCGs in emerging markets. They have a client list that includes many of the world’s best known brands and have operations in South Africa, Brazil, Turkey and Russia. 
They work with clients to create efficient mobile solutions that are fully integrated into client campaign planning and tailored to client brands and markets. They create large databases of permissioned brand shoppers and enable clients to engage these consumers via mobiles to achieve brand objectives and ultimately to change buyer behaviour favourably. 
They specialise in developing and emerging markets, with a presence in three out of five of the BRICS countries and plans to expand into India and China early in 2013. 
They have a very cool office in Dublin City Centre, are backed by a strong VC team, have recruited a very strong and well-connected leadership team, are technologically advanced, have a database expected to grow to 30 million people in 2013 and are offering substantial equity in addition to a competitive remuneration package. 
Ideally you will: 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of FMCG (client side or agency)
  • Strong understanding of quantitative research techniques
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Familiar with various data analysis software solutions
  • Experience in application of CRM techniques
  • Russian, Portuguese desirable but not essential
