FixeAds is a Portuguese company founded in 2007, specialized in development of online platforms for Ads that are free, easy to use in providing interaction between offer and demand. We are looking to increase our Financial Team with an Accounting Intern (IEFP traineeship). Reporting to the CFO, the main goal of the job is to help processing company accounting and support the management team with day to day tasks.

Main activities
- Invoicing support and documentation;
- Processing invoices and recording receipts and payments;
- Reconciling finance accounts;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Assist financial team.

Perfil Main job requirements
- Must complete the requirements of IEFP Traineeship;
- Requires a degree in economics, finance or management or accounting technical course;
- Experience in accounting is a plus;
- Knowledge of Portuguese finance and accounting system, as well as the Billing Software;
- Knowledge of IRC, IVA, Social Security and other taxes;
- Show interest in Auditing, Accounting and Statistics;
- Good analytical, planning and organization skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Innovative;
- Reliable team player;
- Be able to communicate in English (oral and written);
- Be flexible and adaptive;
- Good timekeeping and discipline;
- Entrepreneur mentality.
