plants in Europe, Asia and in NJ, USA, and is committed to the highest
levels of service and quality. We are looking to fill the following
position at our Loures plant:
Senior Project Engineer
This position will manage engineering services for new or existing
installation within Hovione Group, striving for continuous improvement
and will be based out of Loures but it may also include frequent travel
and/or international projects in our other plants.
Responsibilities:
o Conceptualization / design of new installations or changes to the existing, optimizing quality and costs;
o Management of available resources to reach the client requirements within the defined objectives;
o Propose new solutions and methods aiming to the continuous improvement;
o Define specifications and execute procurement;
o Prepare timelines and budgets and control their execution;
o Support the execution of constructions.
Profile:
o Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
o Minimum experience of 5 years in Project Management in Engineering in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Food Industries;
o Knowledge of requirements and practices in Quality and HSE;
o Good IT skills;
o Fluent English – written and spoken;
o Good organizational and leadership skills;
o Team worker;
o Dynamism, initiative and accuracy;
o Availability to travel.
