Our client is a major multinational company that is seeking for a Plant Manager to be responsible for the Operations & Maintenance at its customer’s Gas Turbine Power Plant in Soyo, Angola. Ideal candidate will have strong operations and maintenance management experience in a Gas Turbine Power Generation facility.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage group of up to 12 Operation & Maintenance staff and customer’s own staff on job training at site.
- Directs Operations and Maintenance Departments to follow all operating and maintenance procedures, compliance procedures and reporting procedures.
- Directs the Operations and Maintenance Departments daily activities for a gas turbine plant.
- Direct the on-going, onsite training of customer’s personal;

Profile:

- Minimum of three (3) years plant operations experience with three (3) years in a supervisory position;
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance management experience in a Gas Turbine Power Generation facilities;
- Experience working with Siemens Gas Turbines – advantage;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Job relocation to Angola;
- Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project
