We are looking to fill the following position at our Loures plant:
Product / Process Development Scientist
Qualifications:
• University degree in the field of Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering,
Chemistry or Material Sciences (minimum grade 15/20) and a
post-graduation (preferably a PhD) in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical
Engineering.
Profile:
• Results driven, team player, able to effectively work on multiple projects/tasks;
• Critical thinker and analytically minded with excellent attention to detail;
• Demonstrated performance with individuals across all levels within an organization;
• Fluent in written and verbal English;
• Enjoys travel and is comfortable with irregular work schedule.
Responsibilities:
• To provide technical leadership on multiple projects;
• To provide technical support to the sales force;
• To be the technical contact for Hovione with a range of customers;
• To develop new methodologies and implement new technologies;
• To write technical reports, scientific articles and presentations;
• Support regulatory inspections and internal and external audits.
