In order to support its international development (Basel), Glintt is actively seeking to recruit consultants to join its expanding team.
Profile
Experienced ECM Senior Consultant for Basel-based global CEG compensation project: processes and system consolidation also covering replacement of current PeopleSoft system by SAP HCM solution (integration into existing SAP PA/OM master data system and SAP Netweaver portal).
Tasks
  • Develop solution concepts for compensation plans and processes
  • Create document in Blueprints
  • Create Functional Specifications
  • Execute customization and developments in the SAP system using SAP standard with EhP5 and EhP6
  • Interaction with Compensation business team, support Testing (write Test Scripts, user guidance)
  • Manage all functional and development activities
  • Alignment with internal project methodology and execution, manage workshops and meetings, deputize other functional consultants and developers in offshore.
  • Fluent in English – oral and written
Required Skills
  • Advanced SAP ECM implementation experience with EhP5 and EhP6 (Compensation planning, simulation & execution and related PA/OM master data) including CEG (top level management) population
  • Deep understanding of SAP HR PA and OM structures and processes, system understanding
  • Customization and development of system requirements in SAP, translation of business requirements into IT solutions
  • Job benchmarking - understanding (processes and principles, common requirements, additional CEG requirements)
  • SAP BI knowledge for real time reporting requirements, advanced experience with ECM roll-outs in a global company, deep understanding of Compensation processes within global companies.
