office.·
Recruitment
Consultant – The Recruitment Consultant will
be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for both temporary and permanent
vacancies for their Oil & Gas clients.
Main
Duties:
· Search and Selection -
Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and
future vacancies, putting the appropriate candidates forward
·
Submission and Feedback of
CV’s
·
Arranging Interviews
·
Preparing candidates for interviews
·
Pro active marketing of hot candidates/existing
·
Awareness of new
business potential
·
Meeting Consultancy/Client SLA’S
·
Writing Adverts
·
Developing and maintaining relationships with current
clients and contractors.
·
Where possible/appropriate visiting new contractors and
attending general client visits, representing the company in a professional
manner.
Education
/ Key Skills Required:
· Good level of
Education
·
Recruitment Qualifications eg REC desirable but not
essential.
·
Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills
·
Ability to work under pressure
·
Ability to organise and prioritise
·
Proactive
·
Ability to work
on own initiative and with a team
·
Basic IT knowledge
